Do you mean to keep various formats of pics, plans, words in the same software package or a document handling package? What would you like to do with it, so is it to keep all your data for a job, or to keep the data you use for a report?
I have heard that a company has built a case management program for reconstructionists. It's new, and probably not being advertised right now, but I will do some research and see if I can find it.
I could certainly use something like that also.

Yeah, one single database program to manage EVERYTHING from client information, contacts, field notes, photos, drawings, animation, etc.... and will also provide case reports.
Have been told that some company did build this kind of case management for law enforcement. And I'll bet it will work also for us.
