Well, I'm not sure when, or even if, you've checked google. And I can't tell you generally about the car as it changes with each new iteration of the vehicle's design . . . So, that information would have helped me get it for you. But, here's what I found when I googled "0 to 60 Mercury Grand Marquis":

That lists the results of the search. For instance, one website has the 1989 model at a 0 - 60 time of 8.4ish seconds; whereas, some of the other sites have much lower times for the non-stock type ones modified by the owners.

As with anything, Ken, the more accurate the information details what it is you're looking after the better anyone will be able to respond.

But, you can weed through all that stuff and see if it has anything you'd like.
