We had in the Netherlands a big accident with a Dodge Ram 1500 in which 4 people were killed. Now I am looking for documentation for the accuracy of the EDR data. Maybe a SAE paper or a case in which the data has already been aproved in court. This is case is a test case to get EDR implanted in EUROPE. There have been a number of SAE papers that address this issue.  Try SAE 2009-01-0877, "Accuracy of Selected 2008 Chrysler Airbag Control Module Event Data Recorders"
